Elena Mashalova
Dr. Elena Mashalova is a research scientist and a holistic health practitioner. She graduated from Sofia University in 1993 with an M.S. in Biochemistry & Virology. She received her Ph.D. in Microbiology & Immunology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York in 2006.
Her research on approaches to modulate the immune response to restore balance in immunological disorders has led her to explore methods of holistic medicine. She studied homeopathy at the New York School of Homeopathy and completed her homeopathic clinical training in 2015. She became certified by the Association for International Homeopathic Certification (AIHC) in 2016 and received an acknowledgement for her skills by experienced homeopaths in the international homeopathic community.
Currently, Dr. Mashalova teaches medical sciences at university and practices homeopathy. She is an active member of the holistic medicine community — teaching at the New York School of Homeopathy, participating at international homeopathic seminars, and collaborating with physicians and holistic health practitioners. Her homeopathic practice is based in New York City, but client referrals extend worldwide and she takes cases through remote sessions as well.
